"Imagination is more important than knowledge."
- Einstein
Please, stop and think about that. Really, really think about that. KNOWING what he knew. To say THAT.
So, why, do we still think that our kids are supposed to learn and understand everything that's put in front of them. Whether it makes sense to them, or whether they're even interested in knowing it at all?

Ben Franklin said: "Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn." Our mostly "hands-on" approach reflects an integrated, theme-based curriculum individually developed by Imagine Edutainment. Why should we separate subjects in our education which does not reflect real-world application?

It's easy to find things that kids are interested in. Especially toys and games, candy and ice cream! Each of these are things created in history and we love to delve into their origins, evolution and future! During Halloween, for example we study the history and chemistry of candy, an in-depth understanding of our teeth and taste buds, our skeletal system, and of course the history of Halloween. There's nothing boring about learning at the Schoolseum!
Partnering with Super Strengths, & Imagine Edutainment (other divisions of their parent company, Infinity Inc.) the Clifton Strengths Explorer assesses youth members' strengths are at the core of their personalized curriculum. The goal is to discover specific strengths and then help them leverage them in the learning process.

The Schoolseum is all about leadership: individual and group. Youth members learn these dynamics every day at the Schoolseum. Personal responsibility, citizenship, good attitudes, sportsmanship, encouraging and serving one another are all characteristics focused on each day.

Work Hard! Play Hard!
That's our mantra at the Schoolseum! Helping the kids understand that they can have fun working as much as they can playing! We're a learning playground!
